Meet the Newest Fibromyalgia Coaches and Advisors

Taylor Miller (New York) is a certified FibroCoach and Life Strategies Coach. In 2010, her life came to a screeching halt after a horseback riding accident. It was then that Taylor began feeling widespread pain which only increased with time. She began her journey of finding the cause of all that was wrong and was finally diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. Today, Taylor LIVES her life to the fullest and is passionate about helping others find their way in life despite Fibromyalgia. When not with a client, she can be found enjoying the company of her two cats and her horse. For Taylor, life is just beginning!!

 

Jennifer OznerJennifer Ozner (Florida) is a certified professional coach who specializes in both Fibromyalgia and High Performance Coaching. Her passion is to help busy professionals be the best version of themselves while remaining authentic to who they are. Jennifer is also an attorney, having lived with Fibromyalgia for eight years. She has experienced first hand the remarkable change that coaching can provide in living your best life. She is dedicated to partnering with her clients to move them forward toward their best self regardless of where they are currently at right now. Her motto is: “Make the choice every day to be the best you.”

 

Sharon Eisman (California) knows the challenges of working a demanding job while surviving with Fibromyalgia. She has worked in the Financial Banking Industry for over 30 years, spending the majority of the last 20 years as a Manager, and over 20 years of her career working with Fibromyalgia. She applies her personal experiences, coaching skills, and knowledge to the work she does with her clients to help them find relief from pain, and experience fulfilling lives again. Her biggest passion is to help those with Fibromyalgia gain their life back. Her goal is to provide compassion, encouragement and action steps to help your body heal.

 

Shari Lynn K.Y. Ouchi (Hawaii) was born and raised in Hawaii on the island of Oahu. She grew up playing sports and graduated with a Culinary Arts degree. After a few years of unexplained health issues, she was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, and realized her passion for helping people. She now strives to become a Certified Fibromyalgia Coach, a Certified Health Coach, and Personal Trainer. Her goal is to be able to help people with chronic illness, chronic pain, and those looking to create a healthier lifestyle. It is her hope that by providing these services, it will help to increase the amount of resources and assistance for those with chronic illness in Hawaii.

 

Jara HalfenJara Halfen (Arizona) partners with adolescents and their families to learn ways to cope with and manage Fibromyalgia. As a mother of two teenagers, Jara has learned first-hand about living with Fibromyalgia when her daughter was diagnosed at the age of 13. Through this journey, Jara has gained an understanding of what Fibromyalgia is, what it’s impact is on not only her daughter but the entire family, and what it’s like to be a caregiver. Robin PfaffRobin Pfaff (Colorado) The past two years have been full of changes and challenges when it comes to managing fibromyalgia, which Robin has had for over 20 years. As a psychotherapist for 25 years, she is ready for change. Through the IFCI program, Robin has a new positive direction and purpose in life. She is thrilled to have completed the first part of both coaching programs and looks forward to completing all the requirements to become a certified fibromyalgia coach and a certified wellness coach.

 

Melissa Talwar (California) is a science nerd and biohacker on a mission to increase education, advocacy and healing for the fibromyalgia community. She is a founding member of #SupportFibro. Melissa’s passion to advocate for patients with fibromyalgia stem from her own struggle with chronic pain that began in her teens. She understands the adversity and emotional toll that comes with having fibromyalgia from an early age. Melissa looks forward to creating a path of wellness for fibromyalgia patients.
